Strategic Guitar Coaching (All levels)

Before the first session we make sure to find out about your goals, the music that inspires you, previous successes and challenges as well as possible subjects of interest. Based on that I’ll dig into making a personal plan that I’ll present to you on our first session.

The five coaching sessions are scheduled on a time that suits you and in between sessions I’m checking in on your journey, to make sure that the new material works for you. The email-coaching is ongoing during the entire period of four months and you are welcome to send videos or voice memos to receive feedback or new material.

Possible subjects are unlocking the guitar neck, phrasing and improvisation, technique, chord-melody and voicings, music theory, scales, different styles or genres, composing, how to learn from your favorite guitarists, ear training, arrangements, jazz repertoire, developing your own musical voice and many others depending on your goals.

Since we meet on Zoom you can have the session in an environment that is comfortable for you, whether it’s your cabin, hotel, boat or simply at home.

You’ll receive three backing tracks produced by me to be used in practice and we use goal setting and effective ways of learning without having to put in too much time. Do less, learn more!

Songwriting & Music Production (All levels)

The ‘Songwriting & Music Production’-package is a three-month bootcamp with the goal of having you be and feel creative from the very start. Every session will provide practical and easy to use strategies for songwriting and/or music production based on your musical taste and personal goals. All strategies we use will immediately be helpful but also build a strong foundation for you to develop into an independent songwriter. We use only strategies used by professional songwriters and producers.

In between sessions you are welcome to send questions or recordings of the music you are working to receive feedback. I’ll have the function similar to a co-writer and I’ll send extra inspirational letters to take the information from our session even further.

As your personal coach I’ll make sure to keep you on track through the entire process, moving forward when reaching a plateau and to actually finish your songs.
